• 15 years of coaching experience, including coaching teams to earn bids to and compete at Nationals
• Played Division 1 volleyball for New Mexico State, where she was an All Big-West Player multiple times
• Played professionally indoor and on the beach
• From Peru, where she was a National Team volleyball player
