FAQs

Plyometric classes + open gym sessions are $10 per athlete. The $10 fee includes both 1 hour of open gym and 1 hour of plyometric training.

Payments can be made at the door – cash, card, or Venmo.

Plyometrics involve fairly advanced moves that require a certain degree of established strength. Therefore, classes and open gyms will be for athletes 14+

Plyometric training is intended for athletes in good health to take their volleyball game to the next level. If you suffered from a knee injury recently, I recommend not attending plyometric classes and consulting with your doctor to determine a plan for yourself. You’re still welcome to play in our open gym though.

To begin to see the benefits of plyometric exercises, you’ll want to attend both sessions each week in addition to your other exercise regimen.

Be sure to have plenty of water, snacks (if needed), and any necessary knee braces if required.
