Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Coach
If you’re looking for someone who knows both volleyball AND exercise, there is no better strength and conditioning coach for Las Vegas volleyball players than Coach Sue.
Coach Sue spent 15 years on the volleyball court playing USA Volleyball and AAU junior nationals before going on to play at the NCAA level for Northern Illinois University as both a setter and libero. She then went on to become a USA Volleyball national official. Needless to say, Coach Sue knows this game inside and out.
On the strength and conditioning side of the game, Coach Sue earned her Masters of Science in Exercise Physiology, and has now spent over 30 years as an Exercise Physiologist and and even spent some time as an adjunct professor teaching exercise physiology. She’s authored and co-authored several peer-reviewed articles on topics ranging from psychological changes associated with exercise to chronic pain and more.
Vegas Volley athletes love Coach Sue and her ability to help them grow stronger and faster in a way that is safe and unique for volleyball players.
